To My Boy / Kevin Tilokee (Lifelong Friend)
Its crazy that I am even writing this to you right now. i remember the first time meeting you like it was yesturday, you where in Mt. Carmel with your feet on a desk causing trouble lol. Looking back at all the pictures I think about all the things that we did. From going to sportstime, bars, and late night Maplewood lol. I remember in elmsford rec you having those tight bulls shorts and me with those magic shorts that fit more like compression shorts lol. Its a privilege to have been your friend for 14 years and had enough memory in your life to even be in a picture with you. we had some great times. Soccer season, you jair and I singing my girl in the back of the school bus after our games. I guess what it comes down to is that I can truly say you will be missed. Hasn't been a day I haven't thought about you since. Im just happy to say that at least you died doing something you wanted to/believed in. R.I.P. ya boy forever. KT

I only knew him by his legacy. And the way he carried himself. Mike was a true hero that lived his life by what he thought was right. I knew him as a great person

In Loving Memory of Michael / Josie Arciola (Grandmother)
Little did we know that day God had called your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us loving memories, Your strength is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you, You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Mike, I always kept hearing u say that u'll be fine, and ur gonna come home.  But i never wanted it to be this way.  For as long as i've known you, u've never feared anything.  You tought me to never give up.  U are a real Hero.  Even though you're gone in body i know u'll live on in our memories.  What else can i say except I love you man.  "This is my rifle this is my gun. Micheal was a great cousin. He always throwed me on his shoulder and would carry me around. I still can believe that he died. I will always remember him and all the fun times we had. If only he was still alive. Close

Six months ago, I found out what pride, honor, integrity, and courage really meant.  I found my real life Hero.  Just like my friend Jake died giving his life to protect and serve, Michael did the same.  I shudder to think what our world would be like without these men and women that take the oath to defend our freedoms.  Rest in peace Michael... you will never be forgotten.

Micheal was a good friend of my boyfriend, Andrew McMorrow. I never met Micheal myself, but hearing about him and seeing his picture made me feel deep sorrow and pain. All of Micheal's friends are truly lucky to have so many great memories that i know they will hold close to thier heart forever. None of us will ever be the same, but we all must pray and say THANK YOU to our brave soldier and friend. Close

God bless you Michael for having the courage to defend our country. I will always remember your smiling face coming up to Danbury and saying "Hi Mom"!! David thought the world of  you...your passing has hurt him more than you can imagine. I know you will always be with us in spirit, but I sure wish we had you a little longer here on earth.
Love Always,
Emily and David

Although I didn't know Michael or any of his family, I would like to offer my sincere condolences in your time of grief. I,too have a son in the U.S. Army and he is stationed in Korea right now. He's only 21 and is going to Iraq this summer.I can't even begin to imagine the pain and sorrow you're going through right now. Just know  how grateful I am that there are men and women that are  willing to sacrifice their life for our freedom like your son did. I am praying for all our military and hope they all come home soon. God Bless You and Your Family in this sad time.
                                              Sincerely, Marsha Blaine

I would like to offer my condolences to Mike's family and friends at this horrible time. I worked with Mike at Maple Wood Swim Club about two summers ago. Every word on this page does describe him. I just remember having a conversation with him and he was so excited to go into the air force. I remember asking if he was scared, and I was amazed with his courage. He was ready to fight and defend our country and he seemed fearless. He had a great sense of humor and always was so nice. He was a great guy and I am honored that I had the chance to know him for that short while. God Bless his family and friends. Close
